On-Ice Private or Semi-Private Lessons
I hold weekly sessions with youth and adult players at RSG Arena at Bridgewater (a.k.a. Bridgewater Sports Arena). Together we will analyze your abilities and break down movement patters to build more complex skills. We also run through game-like scenarios so that you can implement your new tools!
Off-Ice Private Lessons
This is a slower-paced atmosphere where we can really take time to work step by step on puck and coordination skills that translate directly to game performance. Bring these new tools to the on-ice lessons for an efficient, holistic learning experience!
Hockey IQ through Video Review
Provided virtually OR in person, I can work with you one-on-one or in small groups/teams. Receive an analysis of game footage to gain insight and perspective you just can't see in real time. Change the way you see the game and how tiny adjustments can have tremendous impact on subsequent plays and shifts. Contact me for details on how to obtain your own game footage.
